Random world drop. It's a nice recipe to have for grinding Blacksmithing since TBC came out. Heart of Fires, once coveted, are a fairly decent drop off of 50+ fire elementals, especially in Un'goro from my experience. That, coupled with the relatively light 10 Thorium bar cost, makes this prime for grinding.

This recipe is actually quite rare. I've been scanning the AH on an almost-daily basis for the past 5 months or so and have yet to see it show up. Could be of considerable value to a blacksmith completionist/collector.

This is an extremely rare world drop recipe that some people have been wanting for years, but have never seen it drop or up on the Auction House. It is much like Plans: Radiant Circlet in the sense that many collectors want or need it to "complete" their Blacksmithing. It can be sold for quiet a high price because of this.

Snagged for 45gp on the AH today.

If you're a obsessive completionist, collector, or avid rare recipe flipper - nothing beats periodically checking the AH for the recently posted at the 48 hour and especially the default 24 hour mark, often even beating an automated alert system that relies on periodic scans.

This seems to be an exceedingly rare world drop, aside from Nefarian in BWL, who has a small but reasonable chance of dropping it. Due to the mechanics of the fight, the first boss in BWL, Razorgore, can be very difficult for many classes to solo, so not many people bother with it, and hence most of the recipes Nefarian (the last boss in BWL) drops command very high prices.

As an aside, while the individual drop rates of each of the 30+ recipes Nefarian drops is very small, the combined drop rate is close to 20%, so even if you strike out on the Radiant Belt plans you could have something of equal value to sell or trade.
