Les coutures d'abomination effilochée sont des items liés qu'on ne peut trouver qu'à Stratholme, sur les crache-venin, les cracheurs de bile, les horreurs régénérées et sur Ramstein Grandgosier et servent essentiellement à la reconstitution de libram de Protection.

Il faut apporter au Gardien du savoir Lydros Hache-Tripes nord, dans l'Athenaeum
le matériel requis :
1 diamant noir parfait
2 grands éclats brillants
1 couture d'abomination effilochée

Though still drops as usual, this item serves no purpose after 4.0.3a.

Edit: it was turned to gray vendor trash in patch 4.3.0, prior to that in was uncommon BoP item.

these items were used for lv 60 epics back in vanilla

also appears to have been for a libram

I just deleted 13 of these I had been saving from BC on up to 4.0 when the items were deemed useless by Blizz. I think they were for Argent Dawn rep. There were a bunch of cool things at their rep vendors you could buy, all purchased by things that were turned grey in the Cata including the Bone Fragments and some other items. Makes no sense they were left in game except for greybeards to wax eloquent about the old days back in Vanilla.
