These plans used to be rewarded from the quest Douce sérénité, available only to Blacksmiths. The quest was given by Lilith l'Agile at 60,49 in Berceau-de-l’Hiver. It was removed in patch 4.0.1 (Cataclysm).

Anyone who still has these plans from pre-Cataclysm will very likely be able to sell it for a high premium on the AH to collectors.

If anyone is still looking to obtain this, I play on US-Lightbringer on a dk named Shinigämï. I can craft this along with many other now-unobtainable (Demon Forged Breastplate, Fiery Plate Gauntlets, the whole Enchanted Thorium armor set, and the original Zandalar Tribe's Darksoul and Bloodsoul sets, Golden Scale Gauntlets, Masterwork Stormhammer, Ornate Mithril set, Truesilver gear, The Shatterer) blacksmithing recipes from vanilla WoW.
