Four of these spawn in the old town hall in Southshore around the 25% mark of phase 3 during a demon invasion. Three more also spawn right outside the town hall next to a well at the same time. They look like little silver barrels with a green fel line around the middle. They are unique, so you can only carry one, but if you loot them all they will be mailed to you. They are also soulbound, so you can't mail them to alts or sell them to people. I'd imagine these would be amazing if you could get your really low level alt there and loot these.

Lootable consumables and buffs during demon invasions:

In addition to the 3 consumables purchasable from the invasion vendors, there are various consumables that can be looted in the invasion starting towns.

~~When you are at the carrying limit (max) for one of these items, trying to loot another will send it to your mailbox.~~ The mailbox trick no longer seems to work.
