I found this item in my bags after the 7.3.5 patch. I may have picked it up in the first few hours of the patch, but I do not know where from. A few fun facts:

Despite being a weapon slot item, it has no model, nor does it have a damage range, or weapon type.
Attacking with this item causes the white "immune" text, as if you were auto attacking someone using divine shield, for example
It can be used in either hand, and stays in the offhand even when nothing is equipped in the main hand.
Uses the punching animation for weapon swings.

This item drops exclusively off of Déchiqueteur de Baille-Fonds in the updated version of Silithus. It's extremely peculiar, seeing as it has no model, yet is equippable without level restriction. Whether intended or accidental, it's a very interesting find for collectors of oddities.

Looks like this was recently hotfixed to be unequipable, so it's effectively just vender trash now.
