Found on the tables inside the Thunderbrew Distillery. Grants a 10 minute buff for 15% Stamina.
Possibly only available during the Legion pre-patch, though I'm not entirely sure.

Found in Kharanos, Dun Morogh, during demon invasions. On tables inside the inn, and outside on a table near the flightmaster (53.7, 52.1).

Lootable consumables and buffs during demon invasions:

In addition to the 3 consumables purchasable from the invasion vendors, there are various consumables that can be looted in the invasion starting towns.

~~When you are at the carrying limit (max) for one of these items, trying to loot another will send it to your mailbox.~~ The mailbox trick no longer seems to work.
