For whatever reason, forming this item seems to immediately blast the quest it provides off of your screen, And it is not properly categorized in the list And nothing at moonguard hold has proper quest markers on the map.

It is possible to still have one of these in your inventory after completing the quest, provided you had collected the shards for it to be crafted. Pretty sure it's useless once the quest is done.

A "fix" I found is that if you have made two of these. Toss one of them out, and the quest will reappear on your screen to give you another quest called "Rain Death Upon Them" where you kill 50 Nightfallen on a Hippogryph (extremely easy). Once you finish that quest, quest chain is finished!

You can safely delete Focalisateur de sort instable after you complete Un espoir de revanche.

To verify you have completed the quest:

Ok, this is pretty funny. I had the fragments in my bag for well over a week. Tonight I decided to mouse over them. Oh, put them together. Did that and got the Volatile Spell Focus. The new quest came on my screen but disappeared. I came here and people were talking about that. So, not knowing if it was worth any trouble, I moved it to a different bag ... and the quest reappeared so I could get it. lol Love the glitches Blizz. ;)

So..... i stoped riding the hippo i screwed up the q and now it says missing reagent, so i cant complete the q. Can i farm this from imperials bla bla ?
