This item along with Pelisse cachée and Epaulières cachées are used by the new transmog system in legion to hide their respective items. the options to hide helm and cloak are no longer in the interface options and instead must be activated via a transmogrifier.

They can be found in your transmog window, first skin on page 1 (as long as you have not set favorites).
The shoes are a regular item so they are not sticky at page 1 and you have to find them through the search box.

If you're a Chasseur de démons, it can happen that Bandeau illidari is selected instead (which costs money to transmog)
You can right-click the entry for the Hidden Helm on the right and select this item (which costs no money to transmog)
