Be able to hide shoulders finally?

This item along with Pelisse cachée and Heaume caché are used by the new transmog system in legion to hide their respective items. the options to hide helm and cloak are no longer in the interface options and instead must be activated via a transmogrifier.

Hidden skins for mogging:

Heaume caché
Epaulières cachées
Pelisse cachée
Chemise cachée
Tabard caché
Ceinture cachée
Chaussures trolles authentiques d'Eskrokar
(might come with BfA: Gants cachés)

They can be found in your transmog window, first skin on page 1 (as long as you have not set favorites).
The shoes are a regular item so they are not sticky at page 1 and you have to find them through the search box.

If you have unlocked the Recruit-a-Friend Transmog Set, it can happen that Mantelet d’explorateur renommé overrides this item - you see the Hidden one on the right and a right-click only shows that, but the RaF Mantle will be transmogged onto the equipped item. Since you're not mogging the Hidden Shoulder, it will cost money to basically hide your shoulders.

However, I found a workaround, while in the Transmog window, enter this command:
/run C_Transmog.SetPending( TransmogUtil.CreateTransmogLocation(INVSLOT_SHOULDER,0,0), 77343 )
to select the Hidden Shoulder which is free to transmog. You have to then save the outfit, of course.

For the wrist slot that is also affected by this issue, enter:
/run C_Transmog.SetPending( TransmogUtil.CreateTransmogLocation(INVSLOT_WRIST,0,0), 104604 )

~~Still not~~ Somewhat fixed in 9.0 (likely indirectly) you can now right-click the entry to select the Hidden item, but the other item is still selected by default on every login
Either way, I’ve updated the commands above for the new format of C_Transmog.SetPending.
