There was once a video of someone (coulda sworn Banana Boyz on Laughing Skull) letting this baby rip in a crowded Suppression Room inside BWL. Lots and lots of whelps there...

The only video I managed to get my hands on were video of a TM-SS zergfest filmed by a guild called Darkenbane. Gonna try to include it in an upcoming Pvp Compilation video on WCM.

Damage is increased by the Shaman ability Flametongue Weapon modified by Elemental Weapons. I get a 7% increase so the damge is 214 and 321 for criticals.

An amazing trinket that will scale right the way through ~~Wrath~~ MoP content. I'm using it on my BM monk, and it lets me do some huge pulls, like ~~everything in the first boss' room in Azjol Nerub, leaving only the boss and 3 watchers alive~~ All three trash packs before Liu Flameheart in Temple of the Jade Serpent. For comparison, I got a trinket that functions the same way from a WoD quest, that only does 1200 damage, and has a 5 minute cooldown.

After going through the Dark Portal at 90: "Your Ramstein's Lightning Bolts hit Bleeding Hollow Savage 10,356 Nature (747 Overkill) (Critical)". Not bad for an item that's got a level 48 requirement to equip.

A must-have trinket that will last you far beyond just Vanilla content. If you don't manage to get your hands on it before you hit BC/WotLK content, you can go back and solo the place at Level 61+. It's worth it.

As 7.3.5, since the items dropped in instances scales with your level when you drop them, if you're lucky enough to drop it near level 60, the damage is pretty broken.
Example: as a retribution paladin, my divine storm on judged targets crit for about 2400, while this item crit for 11500 AoE damages (almost 5 times my buffed holy power spender ability).
Pretty insane damage on big AoE pulls.
