The new Legion Alchemy transmute Transmutation : viande en mascotte will create a Sac palpitant, which, after 7 days, will yield a Sac grognant.
The Sac grognant, in turn, can contain a number of various pets - some of which are not that rare at all! As such, you may have to make a number of these before you get the pets you want.
Some of the pets that can potentially be found are listed below (pets new to Legion are marked with a *):

Flagellant cramoisi (Battle Pet: Flagellant cramoisi)
Serpent albinos (Battle Pet: Serpent albinos)
Jeune kaliri (Battle Pet: Jeune kaliri)
Araignée nourrice (Battle Pet: Araignée nourrice)

Transmutation : viande en mascotte is one of the new Transmutations that Alchemists will be able to perform in Legion.

Each of the basic transmutations (listed in the first section below) has a chance to yield a transmutagen (either Transmutagène huileux, Transmutagène noir or Transmutagène visqueux).
These transmutagens, in turn, can be used for more lucrative transmutes (the ones listed at the end of this comment).

All of the 10 transmutes listed (8 that produce transmutagens, 2 that require them as a material) have a 1-day cooldown which is shared.

So after waiting a whole week I got a common pet I've had for ages. I had hoped for something a bit more exotic than that. :p

transmute meat to pet - can't be used more than once a week. any attempt to use it again in the same week will result in "you already have too many of those".
received a red moth on my first attempt.

also, agreed on blood of sargeras..not worth the xmute.
use meat to pant once a week
all other days use meat to pants - may yield some xmog gear.
or you can just do cloth to herbs - basically pays for the wild transmutation the next day.

on the offchance you have a ton of these transmutagen just kickin around still and don't care to use them..they stack to 20 and sell for 20g a stack.
