Pour le moment je ne vois pas l'utilité. Mais quand je lis la description "Ne pas mélanger avec du Kaja'Cola", ben j'ai envie de faire le contraire. Il ne me reste plus qu'à trouver ce Kaja'Cola pour voir ce que ça donne.

I disagree with the the warning label on the item. It's all a matter of perspective.
The use i see of that mix: Cola Bombs! Sudden, Startling, Sticky!

Pretty sure the flavor text is a reference to the Pop Rocks candy. The rumor being that you're not supposed to mix Pop Rocks and Coca-Cola otherwise your stomach will explode (I was always told it would explode in my mouth and break my teeth). Hopefully Blizz will put in a silly interaction between this item and at least one of the Kaja-Cola items: « Nouveau ! » Kaja'Cola, Kaja'Cola, or Canette bosselée de Kaja'Cola.

Key missing comment: This item appears to be for flavor only - using the item gives the visual effect (see screenshots) and a "buff" but no actual effect.

(For those of us who might think, based on the use of "magic shards", that this might have a real effect like mana regen or something.)

I can confirm that there isn't an effect when you actually use both the shards and Kaja'Cola together.

Tested this on my Worgen Druid. The visual sparkle effect appears in Bear, Travel (Land), and Travel (Water) forms, but not Cat.
