Since no one has done this yet, go to the Watchman's rock that's north of the island where six triggers is. You'll see the grappling hook ring to shoot at to get up there, and then another grappling hook to get across the water. Another 2 grappling hooks and you're at the top.

There's plenty of mook laborers on the rock, so it won't be a dash in and out.

From there, find Rax sixtriggers (69,28) and lay waste.

Oh, don't forget about Snaggle on the ship... these are 110 elites (yawn). Snaggle has the key. Go back to the chest and retrieve the 'treasure'!
