Okay, so three things I noticed while testing this with a Fire Mage:

All 10 stacks have to be applied in order for the target to take any damage from this
Rune of Power will be applied if the last stack is applied while standing within the rune
This thing can crit just like any other spell and is affected by crit chance (Combustion)

I've got the warforgded version of this but the added damage says 53000 per stack instead of the 79000 it says here. Is there a variable in the trinket and I got screwed by rng?

The buff you get is called Murmures démentiels spellid = 222046

this trinket suuucks to long down time and dont see the point in something that takes about 700k even with a crit maybe 1millon every 2 min not worth it to me get more out of other trinkets with less damge but more proc
