The drop rate for Ecaille réfléchissante is low, but it can be farmed easily and (relatively) quickly from Persifide glissefiel as there is one which respawns instantly, just over the bridge at 59.0 38.8.

There is a place for reflective scales where the Hatecoil Spitespeaker respawns very quickly. Almost as fast as I killed it, another would immediately respawn. /way 58.96, 38.69

47 kills, finally gave up and looked here, was on my way to the respawning one and plop, there's the scale. :P

Got this after 5 kills. I'm guessing I got very lucky but ye the bridge is superb spot, i just happened to be next to it when i read these posts but thank you still for the info ladies and gents :]

Took me a while to find the spot. But the other is correct. Spot 59,39. To be exact, it's the Spinebreaker who is guarding the captured murloc in the cage. Right next to a Tide Breaker by the small bridge. I attached a screenshot. I killed her. Back up a few steps and another one spawned right away. I got mine after like 8 kills at that spot.

Just finished this. The info by NessieMo was spot on. To add, stay about 30 paces back from her so she respawns instantly (does not respawn if you are too close). I started my attacks with Ordre de tuer and used Va chercher so that I stayed in the same spot and so did she. Cheers!
