Been killing the mobs for over a hour now, alone the Garde-bouclier de Suramar should had dropped 1 at least.
Not sure if you req some specific lvl of First Aid to obtain it, but my First Aid is atl 758.

After farming many, many, many mobs in Suramar, this finally dropped while completing the Stelleris Shakedown WQ. The second part of the WQ is to kill Corvelyn (55.4, 65 - by the water). There were a couple of npc's around Corvelyn that we killed also, so I don't know which mob actually dropped the Fevered Prayer quest item. There were two of us in the party, we both needed this quest for the Field Medic achievement (this was the last one needed for both of us), and we were both able to loot it. :)

We farmed this Item in Suramar, 30.18 killing Nightborne Siegecaster & Infiltrators, with a 5man Group and over 60minutes of farming we saw it drop 3 times in total.

The mobs respawn in an instant if enough are dead.

Presumable the Infiltrators drop it, but you have to kill both NPC types for instant respawn anyway.

My guildie and I have been working on these quest items for the Field Medic title. She eventually got her Fevered Prayer off a Trenchwalker Guardian, however, the drop chance is definitely not 8%. Not sure why wowhead's numbers have it so high, unless Blizz nerfed the rate at some point?

Over a period of some days I killed hundreds (put together) of Deepwater Spikebacks, Trenchwalker Guardians, Fists of the Duskwatch, and Trenchwalker Scavengers, all to no avail. No idea how many I killed, but I was farming for hours-long stretches every day. At last I decided to farm Cora'kar because at least I wouldn't need to run around. And I began counting my kills, because going by probabilities based on wowhead's numbers here I was afraid this one couldn't drop for me for some reason (something in my inventory/phasing bug/quest conflict idk), and I wanted to have hard numbers in case I needed to make out a ticket. But happy ending: I just got the quest item on my 231st kill. So, it does drop. Sometimes it just takes forever. Don't give up future Field Medics!

Farmed this in a 5 man group at moonguard stronghold, around the hippogryphs. Very fast spawnrate there
