Got one of these off a Moonlight Hunter in Suramar. Wasn't even trying to get one, I guess it's just a random world drop.

I have my doubts on the 15% drop from Withered captive...for 40 minutes I stood there, killing 2 to 3 of them per minute plus the Shriekers that kept coming around (at least the respawn rate is very high) and did not loot the Prayer. RNG ? On the plus side, I got a couple hundreds of Ancient Mana and as a Skinner / Leatherworker various crafting materials.
I guess I'll up First Aid through Darkmoon Faire...less interesting but at least guaranteed !

Good farming spot is (46:67) in Suramar. Just kill the 4 Suramar Loyalists there and they'll respawn immediately. Got mine Bloody Prayer after about 90 minutes of farming.

We farmed this Item in Suramar, 30.18 on the Island killing Nightborne Siegecaster & Infiltrators, with a 5man Group and over 60minutes of farming we saw it drop 2 times in total.

I have spent hours trying to farm this with no luck. Been killing the Lanceur de sorts de siège sacrenuit and Infiltrateur sacrenuit near 30, 18. Any tips? I need to get the Brancardier achievement before they remove .
