My suggestion would be to ONLY use this on Champions that have the Combat Ally trait.

This dropped for me from the main chest (the one that gives the Nightborne rep items) after completion of the Withered Training scenario. I cleared the scenario fully.

Equipped it onto Arathor (ret paladin Combat Ally) and tested it: it works exactly as advertised. You get an additional message in the chat screen confirming receipt of your free 100 Order Resources when completing your world quests.

got mine from a chest in Suramar. I think it was one of these little chests that respawn.

I can confirm that this effect also applies to non-bodyguard types of Combat Allies (eg. random spawn ability). I used it on Mylune (Druid).

Got this as a reward from an ilvl 800 order hall mission.

For World Quests that award Order Hall Resources, the 100 are added to that amount, so don't be alarmed if you don't see a separate chat message for receiving 100 Resources.

Does anyone know if this stacks with another equipment of similar bonus? Eg +50 order resources. I have this already equipped on my Bodyguard companion and wondering if I can add the elixir to get extra resources each time.

It looks like you can only have one of these on an ally. I tried placing 2 on combat ally and it ain't going. You can have a 100 and a 50 though to get a 150 bonus per world quest.

If anyone is able to get two 100s for a total of 200, let me know.

I hope to get this soon! I recently got the Curio of Abundant Happiness (+50), and the resources start stacking up quickly. Once I get this, I'll be focusing on the Order Advancements that require 10,000 resources and higher.

Don't do what I did and put it on a Champion that cannot accompany you...

Confirmed that this stacks with Legendary equipment.
I am currently gaining 200 OR from world quests using Gardien de la fureur infinie and Elixir of Plenty.

Equipped this on a follower that does not have the body guard ability, and it definitely applies the bonus regardless; seems usable on any follower that can be assigned as a combat ally.

I equipped this on Archimage Kalec and I am getting +200 Order Resources for every World Quest.
I realize now, Intuition des Arcanes is adding +100 Order Resources and Élixir d'abondance is adding +100 Order Resources.
