Une fois votre cristal en poche, il vous faut ouvrir la carte sur une région des îles brisées (Azsuna, Dalaran, Haut-Roc, Suramar, Tornheim, Val’sharah). Un nouveau bouton (icône du sort ) apparait alors qui vous permet d'utiliser le cristal sur l'expédition de votre choix.

BUG Addon Carbonite : Dans la version que j'utilise (7.1.0), la carte ne fait pas apparaitre le bouton .
On peut passer par le Guide de l'Aventurier ( Maj+ ou bouton) et le journal des quêtes pour accéder aux cartes d'origine qui affichent ce fameux bouton. Mais le bouton est buggé.
Une seule solution : désactiver l'addon. Ca se macrote assez facilement.

It appears safe to delete the item to not take bag space. It only takes 100 resources. It can be remade easily.

The most optimal use of it appears to be thrown in the bank and not be put into a work order until it is used again otherwise it clutters a bag slot and it can't be held twice by the player and the postmaster will send the item to the character automatically after a while a work order is put up early.

So this can only be used on standard solo World Quests.

Cannot be used on the blue World Quests, elite blue World Quests, or elite blue dungeon World Quests.

Kinda begs the question of what is the point? None of the standard World Quests take more than 5 minutes to do, and clearing one of those off for "free" every 3 days seems highly insignificant.

Do not use the Crystal for the Withered Training scenario. The World Quest will be completed and Crystal without any loot whatsoever. It does say in chat "You receive item: Access to the Ruins of Falanaar" but it doesn't actually add to your bag.

Since nobody pointed this out - Once you accept the quest The Might of Dalaran - Click back on Conjurer Awlyn and start the work order to empower the crystal - it is a 3 hour work order cool down. Once the work order is completed, pick-up the Focusing Crystal, and in Dalaran, open your map and in the bottom right corner you will see the Focusing Crystal option.

For what it's worth, this can be placed on the Auction House, so I imagine it can be mailed/traded.

Heads up, don't leave these in your bags overnight. They seem to disappear the next morning. So don't make these and save them for tomorrow.

Do anyone know where is now focusing crystal work order place now? Because after patch it disappeared from place where it was earlier.

It does count towards your Emmisary chests, mean you only have to do 3 instead of 4,

These CAN be used to complete blue WQ's, just not ELITE blues. And I believe that the reason people buy this item on the AH is because it is limited to either mages only, or magic using classes. My main is an i870 mage, and I know that my i853 rogue's order hall tree has no equivalent autocomplete option. Not sure exactly how many classes can unlock this item though.

Has anyone else found that the crystal isn't working today? New patch area I can understand but not working in the older areas

Is it no longer possible to use the crystal in the Legion app?

I'm asking because I could use it in this app before I paused my sub back in 7.1.5. Quite handy when I was away from the computer. :)

As of BFA pre-patch this item is now vendor trash . Now worth 15g when you jump on your mage to pick up the last work order and cannot make another. Bye bye instant World Quest completion :(.
