Looted the item and sold it on AH for 35k, lucky enough it dropped a total of 3 times for me. Of course I kept one.

Just looted this ring! It upgraded from 810 to 840. Ended up dropping from a Risen Assassin in Bradensbrook, Val'sharah.

The rings stats are

997 Stamina
1,769 Haste
303 Avoidance

This dropped from a Seabound Reaver in the Blind Marshes Highmountain near the Felbane Camp. It upgraded to ilvl 855 Titanforged for 1,147 Stam, 1872 Haste.

My char was level 110 on the quest at the camp.

Bears mentioning wowhead's information, on the versions possible, is not fully correct. This ring can scale down in ilvl to your current level when looted. The 101 810 version is the more ideal version if you are looking to sell. Anything else will probably be either a shard or worth using on a character of your own.

I looted a version for level 107, with an ilvl of 797 while leveling my warrior alt. Got excited for a minute until I saw the final stats and realized it wouldn't be worth sticking up on the AH. I will be able to use it for a while, but I suspect I will replace it fairly fast once my warrior hits 110.

I just looted this and it dissapeared from my bags, wtf?

edited: ok so I got it after awhile and I posted another item also which I haven't gotten yet, I don't know if they changed something ingame, but they usually come instant.
