This quest popped up to turn in while I was in Dalaran. Seemed to indicate by the map from the quest log to turn it in at the Underbelly. Then the area was inaccessible. I went up top in trying to get the are indicated and suddenly could see the gold "?" above ground where I didn't before. Ran around the area, unable to find the NPC. There is no NPC name shown for /tar either.

I began going a bit nutty running around Dalaran, then suspected a phasing issue. Thought to check Old Dalaran, so portaled there. At Old Dalaran I opened my quest log > To Battle! > map and saw I was NOW being told to go to my Class Hall, which makes more sense but it was the log throwing me off in the first place! :P

So, for those confused. Go to your class hall and ignore any quest log map mismessaging that tells you to try to do a turn in at Dalaran!

My satchel contained Pierre de sang assoiffée.

...And that's it. The quest rewarded no honor and no gold, and the bag contained an 805 relic as an Honor Level 34 Outlaw rogue with 853 average item level.

Although I am sure there's a good number of items that can come from this satchel, it's possible you will end up with absolutely nothing.

...HOWEVER! A few minutes after turning this quest in, I received a new mission on the table, which rewards Convocation pressante, providing the quest Une situation désespérée, and rewarding Cantine de soldat; which seems to contain higher iLevel loot.

I just opened Sacoche de butin de bataille and got Histoire du mort ilvl 890 with, +55 Item Levels, +1rank in Avance tactique "when Heroic Leap lands, you gain 40% increased armor and chance to parry for 4 sec (current rank)
