Random drop from mobs in Stormheim (no known requirements, but given that it's a 7.2 item, it may require unlocking 7.2 artifact traits; I was Fury at 43 traits with the challenge artifact skin at the time).

Unlocks additional text-stories at The Legend of Odyn rune tablet located to the left of the artifact knowledge researcher in the Skyhold, beginning with "Great Odyn and the Firelord", and presumably unlocking more as additional Lost Legends are found.

I just got it on my fury warrior with 1 trait unlocked - so it's confirmed, you don't need traits to get it.

I got this as Arms as a drop from the Headless Horseman LFG today o.0 So apparently it can drop in other places.

Was farming humanoids in Stormheim and received two of these. The first one unlocked "Great Odyn and the Firelord" and the second unlocked "The Wanderer and the Serpent". I also had "Lost Legend of the Valarjar" drop which I could use at the Saga of the Valarjar tablet, but I'm unsure what that unlocked as most of my pages were unlocked already unless the page 11 wasn't there before.
