100 Damage? Damn what are they thinking, this is gonna break the game! All casters will get this and destroy damage meters, poor melee classes won't be able to compete. Blizzard please fix.

When this trinket procs, you get the buff Lance d'angoisse (243644) as a 3 second warning so that you can position yourself before the spear launches. The proc chance scales with haste. Approx 2 + Haste RPPM.

The trinket has a halved proc chance for healers and melee specs (including Survival Hunters).

It was hotfixed on July 24:

Blizzard

Spectral Thurible will no longer damage creatures you are not in combat with.

It should also not damage CC'd targets as of this hotfix, making it a lot more useable in dungeons than it was before.

Be careful when using this in mythic +. This has pulled stuff SO many times for me now...

I am a Fury 110 warrior and i was wondering if the spectral thurbile will cast the spear of anguish if i used heroic throw which requires a distance between me and the enemy. Anyone can answer? or any other ability like charge or heroic leap. they are ranged. And what does it mean by spells. Like abilities? are spells and abilities the same? and do fury warriors have any spells?
