An emerald sun dawns in the vault of the heavens, but casts no shadow.

The world lifts her voice in terror, but only one can hear her cries.

From the space that is everywhere and nowhere, the crooked serpent feasts on stars.

The doomsayers are at it again in patch 7.3!

And with Argus in the sky, and concerned citizens everywhere, this makes a lot of sense. So, nice touch Blizz! Players can join the insanity again by gathering all the different ones. The cooldown on getting the next one seems to be 15 minutes. And I can confirm that killing yourself removes this cooldown.

Edit: I can now confirm that there is no achievement to be earned by gathering all 12 this time around.

Am I the only one who thinks of Yersa when I read this?

An Emerald Dawn.

The Emerald dream if often related to night and the moon. Does an Emerald dawn mean the dream will take the waking world?

vault of the heavens

As Yersa died Elune took her into the sky and seemed to place her among the stars.

Most of the rest is a mystery to me but

It has no eyes to see, but it dreams...

Yersa is almost always displayed as having her eyes closed embracing the dream.

I may be wrong in that this has nothing to do with Yersa but I find the choice of words interesting
