I've looted 8 eggs so far the first to hatch was Scintillating Mana Ray and 2nd Docile Skyfin, the pet i thought they were just mounts

I've hatched 3. The first was a pet,second a Vibrant Mana Ray, third was a fel-glow. In my personal friend group most have gotten a mount in their first couple eggs but I can't vouch for the drop rate. I have 8 to hatch in this upcoming week so we'll have a look!

edit: got the last two mounts and pets as well as one yolk. 8 eggs total to get all of the cool items

Here are my results for the 29 Fel-Spotted Eggs I've had hatch and have opened so far.

8 Aged Yolk 5 Docile Skyfin 12 Fel-Afflicted Skyfin 1 Darkspore Mana Ray 1 Felglow Mana Ray 1 Scintillating Mana Ray 1 Vibrant Mana Ray

Within my first seven eggs opened I had 2 mounts, 2 pets, and three yolks. I had received all four mounts by the 23rd egg opening.

I farmed about 16 eggs over the course of the week, most of them concentrated on a few toons who each had 3 eggs. After the first 9 hatches, I got one of each mount, two of both pets, and one aged yolk.

As for the eggs themselves I had them dropping a little more than half the time for me. Something like every third-ish kill had no egg for me, though if I was unlucky I would only get a couple in a day (I was farming with 12 different characters).

The rares can be killed without having a world quest up, can only be killed once per day per toon for loot, and seem to respawn pretty quickly - keep in mind they will likely not all be up at the same time. There were days where one or a few were not spawned at all the entire day. In all likelihood, at least one of them will be up at a time! I got my eggs from each of the four rares (Sabuul, Kaara the Pale, Naroua, and Varga), at a good rate and the drop rate from the eggs seems to be pretty high % for real loot, and not just a yolk. One of my friends' eggs hatched yesterday and had a pet as well.

Coordinates for each rare:
Naroua @ Krokuul - 70.8, 33.4. He is lying down on a small plateau surrounded by other panthara.
Varga @ Antoran Wastes - 64.3, 48.2 (cave entrance). She is lying down in the back of the cave and does not move. Best way to get to her is to take the Hope's Landing beacon, go NW to where the lava flows start, and either jump across the exposed rock or hug the left wall (that's left as you face the lava, looking West).
Sabuul @ Mac'Aree - 43.8, 48.2. These are not exact, he wanders around the water. City Center Beacon and just go North, you'll see him.
Kaara the Pale @ Mac'Aree - 38.6, 55.6. She is inside the cave. I believe she wanders about inside the cave but it is small. City Center Beacon and go NW.The cave entrance is not huge but not difficult to find either.

Edit: After opening all 22 eggs (beings able to do so with multiple eggs at once), my rate of yolks was only .18% of total drops. After getting all the mounts and each pet, the rest of the drops were either yolks or pets. I got slightly more docile skyfins than fel-afflicted ones, but that was likely mere chance. The rate at which they drop seems to otherwise be both relatively high, and relatively the same.

TL;DR
The eggs seem to be more likely than not to have a pet/mount than yolks and so far I haven't seen mounts drop twice. Go get those eggs!

Can someone tell me which Argus rares have the highest chance of dropping these, or direct me to a guide?
Just wondering if there were only specific rares that spawn them, or if it's RNG.

After having some bad luck with actually getting the first few eggs (They didn't start dropping until the 20th rare cat kill) i was pleasantly surprised to seen rng swing both ways as my first 5 eggs contained 3 mounts in a row (no duplicates) and 2 pets (duplicates)!

I have opened 9 eggs. One is Vieux jaune d'œuf. 4 is Ciaileron atteint par la corruption and 4 is Ciaileron docile. Nobody wants to buy these pets. Eggs drop very rare: I farm it from the beginning of 2nd week. Blizzard, why? Why we can`t just sell pets to a vendor for 100g? Gold would be really better than useless pets which are just lie in bags like a trash.

All Rare Elite Spawns on Argus rotate on a ~4 hour window of opportunity. In that time it will respawn and will be lootable. However, when that window closes the rare spawn will despawn, including ones that are pulled already.

The exemption to this rule is when they are the World Quest target. If that is the case, then the rare spawn will respawn throughout the entire window the WQ is available.

There are rare spawns that drop a fel spotted egg, and rare spawns that drop mounts. There seems to be a limit to how many of these will be active at once. At the moment, it appears that there will never be any more than 1 fel spotted egg dropper and no more than one mount dropper up at any one time. Excluding World Quests.

Fel Spotted Eggs, after the 5 day wait time, becomes a Cracked Fel Spotted Egg, which can either drop a mount, pet, or junk.
The mounts from the eggs are: Vibrant Mana Ray, Scintillating Mana Ray, Felglow Mana Ray, and Darkspore Mana Ray
The pets from the eggs are: Fel Afflicted Skyfin and the Docile Skyfin
Note: you are NOT guaranteed a mount or pet drop. It could still result in a useless item.

The rare elites that drop the eggs are:
Naroua - In north eastern Krokuun, from a path at Destiny Point
Sabuul - In Central Mac'Aree, directly north of the center-most teleport point.
Varga - In central Anrotan Wastes, under the spider area and accessible via a fel lava level cave

I have not been actively farming these. I found an egg in my bag after questing and a couple days later got another one from somewhere. I left them both in my bag for over a week and opened the first one to receive a mount and before I learned it I opened the 2nd one which was a duplicate. After reading some of these comments I agree that you should at least learn the mounts/pets first before opening the next one.

I had farmed a lot of eggs (over 15) thinking on my terrible bad luck but only were necessary 7 to get all the Mana Rays. I still can't believe it :)

My results were:

The best way to don't get a duplicated mount is to learn it before open a new egg. I'm not totally sure but I think that here blizzard has implemented a system to avoid to get duplicate mounts.

I'm not sure if I'm just really lucky or if Blizzard has changed how these eggs work. I've gotten 4 eggs and not a single one was a duplicate nor were they yolk or pets. Each egg gave me one of the four mounts and I now have all four. So either the drop chance is much higher than the 5% this is saying, or I'm extremely lucky. The eggs are dropping for me pretty easily as well. I don't farm the rares nor do I do Argus world quests often. But I have 2 more eggs in my bag now and all the mounts so I'll just let these hatch and see what they are.

Unlike other commentors, I have Not been having perfect luck here. I got a mount and a pet very early, but since then things have been... not great.
Total gains, as I recall:
One mount.
One aged yolk.
One docile skyfin.
FOUR fel-afflicted skyfin.

I've been opening them and learning them as I get them. I was hoping that maybe after the third skyfin it'd stop, but... no. Oh well. They're not too bad to farm, at least.

I finished farming the Darkspore Mana Ray, Scintillating Mana Ray, Vibrant Mana Ray, and Felglow Mana Ray mounts and Fel-Afflicted Skyfin and Docile Skyfin battle pets today. I am on US Frostmourne, Alliance, and I don't believe I ever had warmode on whilst farming Sabuul, Naroua and Varga for the eggs.

As you may know, the mounts and pets drop from the Cracked Fel-Spotted Eggs. A Fel-Spotted Egg will turn into a Cracked Fel-Spotted Egg after it has been sitting in your bag for a total of 5 days. The Fel-Spotted Eggs drop from Sabuul, Naroua and Varga on Argus.

Here's the co-ordinates for the rares:

Many of the comments regarding the spawn timer for the rares talk about how all of the Argus rares are on a rotating 4-hour window of opportunity. During the 4 hours the rares will respawn and be lootable. It is notable; however, that you can only receive loot from the rares once a day. The rares will also occasionally be up as a World Quest (WQ). This just means that the rare is guaranteed to be up during the entire time the WQ is active, as opposed to its usual spawn time/s.

Here's a bit more information about my relatively short farming experience:
To my knowledge, no one is able to track exactly when the rares will be active in every realm. As previously mentioned, I'm on US Frostmourne, Alliance. I live in NSW, Australia. We are currently on Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT, UTC+11hrs).

I have only been farming the eggs for about 2-3, give or take. I did not kill and loot the rares every single day.

It look me a total of 8 eggs to receive all of the mounts and pets, meaning I only got two of the Aged Yolk which is the only trash item that the eggs drop. I confirm that the eggs do not drop the same mount/pet twice. Therefore, it should not take you very long at all to obtain all of the mounts and pets. For the approximate drop % of each, please click on the above links. The longest part of the farming will be (a) figuring out what time the rares are active on your realm; and (b) getting the eggs to drop from the rares. Again, the drop rates are in the above links.

For me, the rares were up at the following time every day (with the exception of days where the rares were a WQ):

Sabuul: 1.56 pm
Naroua: 2.00 pm
Varga: 5.00 pm

I didn't do much experimenting with spawn times, I simply wrote down the time I killed each of them and logged on at that time each day to kill them again. Based on that fact, I believe they do have set spawn times for each realm. Whether they are different, I don't know. I assume they would be due to the different timezones (i.e. if you are in America and logged on at 2.00 pm your time, it may not be up due to the time difference. If you logged on at 2.00 pm my time you may find it up). Testing those theories would take far too much time for any one person.

To conclude:
If you're going to farm the rares for the eggs that contain the mounts and pets, the best possible method for you to follow would be to check the spawn points at various times until you find the rares up. Write down the exact times you kill each rare! Go back the next day at the same time. If they're up, then you know what time you need to log on each day. If not, perhaps my experience will not help you after all.

All-in-all, it is well worth farming these mounts and pets. It's a very easy farm, the drop rates are high and you will more than likely have received all of them after opening a maximum of 10 eggs. If not, again, it's very easy to just keep farming those eggs until you have all of the drops.
