I'd thought this had been written out of the game as a bug, that both were not meant to be available -- but I guess I'm wrong. Got it today out of a lockbox. The chestpiece is still nice for upcoming druids, so the patterns not trash just for being pre-BC. :)

This is an EXTREMELY rare pattern and will take a long time to farm. The best way to go would be to farm rep with Timbermaw and just buy one.

Still drops, just picked one up for 100g on Lightbringer EU. Don't expect it to sell for much, despite its rarity... maybe stockpile it against the inevitable day Timbermaw Hold is written out of the game?

I just looted this pattern while doing a trash run through Ruines d’Ahn’Qiraj. It was either off the Destructeur d'obsidienne or one of the scarabs that were grouped around him.

I came on here to see the value of the pattern and crafted item, when I noticed that nobody had reported it having been looted from this location.

I apologize for not having the addon to automatically submit the data to the site, but hopefully my comment will help someone who's trying to farm this. :)

Just had this drop while farming Elemental Air in Silithus from a Dust Stormer.

I just did my usual 300-400 mob pull while farming BRD for Transmog to sell and I was very confused when I saw this pattern enter my bags because I thought it only came from Timbermaw Hold. Not sure which unit dropped it because my chat window was absolutely flooded with loot, but it at least confirms the BRD drops seen in the "Dropped By" tab.

Got it in a chest that you get from the Sphère de draenéthyste sans défaut in the Blasted Lands.

Was quite surprised, didn't even know this existed, I only knew it from the Timbermaw faction. Cool item.

This just dropped for me off of a Risen Scarlet mob in Stratholme - Main Gate and I had no idea it could drop well anywhere since I thought you could only buy it from Timbermaw Hold.
