You keep this after the WQ that uses it. After trying to sell this with no luck, I went to the Primal Wetlands in Nazmir to see if it did anything else.

The Oculaire révélateur portable gives you the buff Oculaire révélateur portable and does not have a duration. There's a teal effect around your screen. I was not able to spot any "blood trolls sneaking around" as it was used during the WQ. The item is not consumed on use and has unlimited charges as far as I can tell.

Appears to stay in your inventory after the quest is completed. Almost assuredly safe to delete.

Took me a second to do the math on this from the other comments...

You keep the item from the world quest... if you go back another day to do the WQ again, it WILL NOT give you a new one. I had mine in my bank and couldn't figure out why I couldn't do the WQ.

Either carry it with you forever if you think you may do the WQ again next time it pops, or destroy it so it can be re-issued next time you go to do it!

Not only is "Ocular" misspelled in the item name, but there's an extra space between "the" and "Portable" in the description. Quality control!
