I got it today by doing voldun archeology.

I am on the 8.1 update.

I find it odd and ridiculous such an item knowing that we have much better inheritance equipment

This is an intriguing trinket with significant potential for a tank. I wonder what kind of values we can expect to see with the on use ability? Any feedback shared from anyone who has tested this trinket will be greatly appreciated.

At level 120, this trinket hit for 880 damage and healed for the same. It seems it's biggest use is simply increasing your average iLvL.

I got the Sanguinating totem today on live on my 120 Brewmaster.

It consistently does 630-670 damage, and heals for the same. For reference on those numbers, while at 316 gearscore (barely queuing for heroics) I have 130k hp.

I would NOT recommend this item for gearing up at 120.

The usage of this item lies in the fact that it only requires level 110 to use and it is account bound, this means you can pass it around through your alts as you level them through bfa.

I tested this on my 110 Warlock and my 120 Brewmaster Monk. Both have basic trinkets that give main stat (agility/intel). There's a significant damage loss in equipping this since it only gives stamina. The damage it does ranges from 100 (level 110) - 700 (level 120) and heals for that amount, which is almost nothing. The BEST POSSIBLE USE for this is to keep in your bags to up your in-bag iLevel which helps you queue for heroics faster, artificially. Then when thought of like that, not bad while you're trying to unlock heroic dungeons. But in terms of equipping it, don't. Don't.

This is not a DPS trinket. After searching this database it appears to be the current BiS trinket if you want one with stamina specifically.
