Depuis le patch 3.1 vous n'avez plus besoin de vous procurer ce livre pour apprendre comment faire des bandages en tisse-mage. Vous pouvez l'apprendre directement auprès de certains maîtres secouristes ou médecins.

In Stormguard near the graveyard where the alliance people are, he's far in there. You don't need to kill any mobs really though because he's in the alliance side of the city.

No longer needed, just train it from any First Aid trainer.

Although these are no longer available in the game, I still have one stashed on one of my alts, in anticipation of the time her First Aid would get high enough to need it long long ago.

I've since levelled that alt and worked her First Aid up while forgetting I had this in her bank.

So, it's a nice souvenir.
