Comme dit dans les commentaires anglais, et confirmé à maintes reprises, le meilleur endroit pour récupérer ce plan est du tuer des nagas à Zuldazar en 75 / 66 (complètement au sud est, Les "Nazeshi", qui se trouvent à côté de plusieurs villages de murlocs, dans l'espèce de mangrove, à l'est du point de vol tortollan "Avant-poste des chercheurs").

This dropped off a Zeth'jir Enthraller first kill. Sadly, it can't be used until 150 Kul Tiran tailoring, so I can't learn it yet. :(

Tailors only world drop. It can drop from any mobs in open world or dungeons for Tailors.

Just looted this from a Zeth'jir Tideguard. it doesnt say that it drops from them on wowhead but came across it while killing mobs waiting on the enthrallers to respawn.

so best to kill all mobs without prejudice of the Zeth'jir not just waiting on the enthrallers.

I got mine in Zuldazar farming the Naazeshi Tempest-Wielders and Nazeshi Overseers. Theres a small village at 75 66 that has decent spawn rates and is small enough so you dont have to run around much.

I didnt keep track but Id guess my kill count was in the high 20s low 30s. As of writing this there's not much info on the rates but I hope that helps

I am 148 tailoring, although other comments confirmed you dont need to be high for it to drop.

Been killing Sethrak at Zul' Ahjin for about 2 hours and it hasn't dropped. :(

I farmed for 20-40 minutes in the coast around fort daelin, killing every naga I see and I got the pattern. I am a 340 holy priest though, so if you have low ilvl you may want to grab your friend and farm these nagas together. This might be the fastest and most reliable way to get the pattern if you really want it though. For horde I guess there is a better alternative somewhere in Vol'dun.

For those who wonder, there is no LEVEL requirement for it to DROP. Just looted it being level 111 while leveling.

And regarding the tailoring skills 1/150 BfA.

So am I missing something? I have been mob farming for about 6 hours now and have not seen this. Is there something you have to do first or am i just getting screwed by the RBG gods?

While it may be noted that you can get this recipe from a random drop at 111, really doesn't help before 120. The Hydocore needed (3 at level 1) is soul bound, only drops out of Mythic Dungeons, and the level 2 recipe requires Revered with the Tortollan Seekers. So getting it at less than 120 is really only a tease.
And BTW it you hit Revered with the Tortollan Seekers in all likelyhood your tailoring should be at 150 at that point, so after you get the level 2 recipe get to your Tailoring trainer because level 3 is sold by them and just requires you to have tailoring at 150. So essentially going from 3 Hydrocores per bag down to 1.

Dropped after about 5 kills

The Encroaching waves in the area give you a 2 min Buff called Living waters, it heals you for 5% of your health every 6 seconds , i found just running around gathering up the Nagas and Bound Seasurges in the area a good way to kill time as you wait for her to re-spawn

Farmed the Dreadcoil naga who are next to the tortollan Atal'Gral flight point on Zuldazar east coast. Took 15 minutes, maybe 30 kills.
My BfA tailoring skill atm is 125/150.
Pattern is Soulbound - so cannot be sold on AH.
Need to have BfA tailoring skill of 150/150 in order to learn it.

I spent an hour farming this with no luck. Then I checked my bank and found it in there: I must have gotten it when the expansion started and forgot about and because it's unique it won't drop again for you.

This dropped for me a long time ago, and because I wasn't level 150 Tailoring, I put it in my bank. Forgot it was there and when I went farming to actually get it, it never dropped. That's when I checked the bank and saw it there. Doh!

I went out to "farm" this last night. I killed several nagas around Zandalar, then checked here. The Zuldazar east coast recommendation is spot on. It dropped in 2 kills off of a Dreadcoil Seeker at 82.27, 37.56 on the Zuldazar East coast.

This does not drop off of just any world mobs in BFA (I spent hours farming in Hook Point, thinking it that was the most efficient way). It appears to drop from naga in BFA. After I found that out, it only took me about 10 or 15 minutes of farming Invocatrice de tempêtes nazeshi and Surveillant nazeshi to get it to drop.

The Naazeshi Tempest-Wielders and Nazeshi Overseers (3% drop) mentioned in the top post around the Tortollan Seeker's Outpost area were phased in patch 8.1.5 during the Naga attacks, but I found their equivalent was Darktide Witch & Darktide Sorceress (15% drop) in the same area, which dropped the pattern for me after about :30 of farming.

I was wondering why I never dropped it on my main tailor, but did on an alt with tailoring too. I farmed the rep for my main tailor to get the rank 2, but the alt got the rank 1 first.
I should have known that the 'deep sea' on it's name was meant for the naga. Somehow I killed more naga on that alt than the main tailor.

Gonna farm it on him right now, appropriatelly.

Farmed Nazeshi Overseers at 75, 66 in Zuldazar (about 10 or 12 at a time) for well over an hour with no luck on the pattern drop. After skimming through more comments on this page, I headed up to Talanji's Rebuke (Northeast) to try another Naga spawning area, where at 78,65 I aggro'd an Overseer, dismounted, killed him and wouldn't you know it the pattern dropped. Just thought I'd add my $0.02 as some people (including myself) seemed to be having trouble finding the drop. 150 Zandalari Tailoring lvl 120 Orc Blood DK Kil'Jaeden

For all my Alliance folk...This item WILL drop around Fort Daelin! Get on your mount, round up about five of the Naga (Do this about two or three times), and BOOM it drops! Pretty simple! It dropped for me within about 10 min if that ^^ Happy Hunting!

I just replied this to another comment, but I felt like posting it in a seperate comment just in case. If you're having difficulties getting the Patron : Sac des abysses brodé to drop, you might want to try checking your inventory (including your bank) if you've already looted it before. Reason I'm posting this comment is because this happened to me. I just spent 2-3 hours killing naga mobs in Zuldazar without the pattern dropping. After which I went to a capital city and checked my bank. I opened ALL the bags and searched for "pattern" in the search field and there it was... sitting right there in my bank all this time.

The Patron : Sac des abysses brodé requires no particular Tailoring skill level to drop, but it requires 150 Tailoring skill level to learn. So silly me probably looted this way at the start of the expansion and placed it in my bank for safe keeping until I reached 150 in Tailoring. I felt like a right idiot. So if this comment saves even one person from going through the same thing, that already is good enough for me.

Got within 5 mins of AoE farming on an Arcane mage ilvl 452 - very easy to obtain now. Using the Naga village in Zandalaar listed above.

I don't know what the factors are for this, but I tried at least 3 different spots at 45 minutes each of just farming Naga. But for some reason the spot in Zuldazar people are using did it for me. First pull of about 5.

Well over 100 kills in at the area in Zuldazar mentioned multiple times before. Nothing but junk and some cloth. Checked my bank and I definitely don't already have it. It's just flat out not dropping. Definitely calling BS on the people saying they got it in a handful of kills.

I was just doing a Naga invasion and it dropped for me. Not sure if that is new or not, but had 2 drop for a group of 5 of us.

It dropped for me off Naga at Dreadperl Shadows just south of Talanji's Rebuke in Zuldazar. Took me and hubby killing mobs for about 10 minutes. I think it's really just pure chance.

Took me about 20minutes or so farming at Zuldazar - Naazeshi Tempest-Wielders and Nazeshi Overseers. 75 66.

This is to just update and confirm Pattern: Embroidered Deep Sea Bag drops in Zuldazar around coordinates (73.5 64.5). Focus on Naazeshi Tempest-Wielders and Nazeshi Overseers. Drop confirmed from Naazeshi Tempest-Wielders.

If you are unable to get to Zuldazar yet, you will need to start the quest Zuldazar Foothold with Halford Wyrmbane in Boralus, also located on the Wind's Redemption Ship. He will be the NPC standing at the campaign map when you first board the ship.

I got the Pattern: Embroidered Deep Sea Bag today, in my 2'nd loot by killing Zeth'jir Tidemaiden / Zeth'jir Tidelord / Zeth'jir Tideguard at Fort Daelin (33.6 44.0) in Stormsong Valley.

Only killed about 3-5 mobs and it dropped (Currently in patch 9.2.7 - end of Shadowlands)

Bonus info - the character had not been in Kul Tiras at all before, only Boralus for leveling tailoring
