From this Thaumaturge Vashreen, you can use your Résidu des Titans to purchase relinquished azerite tokens up to item level 385 currently (gotta wait until Jan 2019 the higher ilvl stuff) such as Relinquished Azerite Chestpiece or the named gear pieces from Mythic dungeons such as Cabasset tissé d’âme, but as an item level 385 piece with 4 azerite powers.
