RP-wise, Sunwell Blade, a quest reward from Ghostlands fits nicely and despite it's rather "basic sword" looks also matches the set.
If you dual-wield or like the thinner blades of katana-like looks, Scourgebane's Slicer (quest reward from Winterspring) fits both looks and theme.
If your rep with Shattered Sun Offensive is at least Revered, have a look at The Sunbreaker.

For Maces, I like Hand of the Dark Animus from Throne of Thunder, or if you prefer a more "old-school" mace look and are looking for an added RP-side, try Mace of the Sin'dorei Spirit, again from questing in Winterspring. If you want a more "exotic"/rare mace, try finding Flaming Gavel of Truth, a random world drop from Battle for Azeroth mobs.

As a 2-handed aside: if you're extremely lucky (and/or rich) and get it on the Black Market Auction House, have a go at being the most bad-ass Sin'dorei Bard with Sun-Lute of the Phoenix King. My eternal envy will be yours as an added bonus.

It's Bâton du seigneur de la forêt, a staff -- unfortunately for me :(
Still, it fits the set itself near perfectly.
