can this only be planted once? i planted one earlier and i didnt get rank 2 but now there is no fertile soil in the grove even though i have another seed

I saw another player feeding the Carnivorous Lasher and helped. Everybody around was able to tag the mob and looked too all loot. I got my Rank 2 for Zin'adthid after my second kill of this mob so not sure on the drop rate.

(Some opposite faction so couldn't ask)

I was at 54:41 location on the map.

Not sure if it mattered but still have a Germinating Seed in my bag.

This seems to be able to be planted daily. I planted this for the quest and got another seed a while later, but couldn't plant the second seed that day. The next day, there was fertile soil up in the same spot (54, 42).

You wont receive second rank of Zin'anthid in herbalism by doing this quest. Check this item Graine en germination if u looking for second rank recipe.

There are Golden/Glistening Flies that make the Lasher drop Gold and Azerite in addition to the other stuff. keep an eye out for them!

Got this item second time, cant plant it anywhere, herbing Zin'anthid rank 1 like pro.

If you are here because for some reason you got this and cant plant it anywhere. This is to get rank 2 on the new plant. So first you need to get rank one for it to work. You need 149 herbalism to get rank one. After that you'll get the option to plant the seed

Got this from a WQ for completing a puzzle. I went to the above coordinates that someone had posted, and where I had previously done the lasher quest. After server hopping, I found an active plot of fertile soil. Planted the seed. Fed the lasher 10 or so fireflies, letting it come alive to kill. Solo'd the lasher as an spriest with Vim as my companion. The lasher had 2.3m health. It gave me 1 manapearl as a reward for killing it.

Use Graine en germination here: /way 54.71 41.71 in the soil to summon Flagellant carnivore.

Interesting for all herbalists!
It may drop Flagellin corail, Récolte : Zin’anthide and some other.

If this rare is up and you killed it, save your seed for the next day, when it counts as a rare again.
