For those wondering if making this item is "worth it", in addition to getting 500 Rustbolt rep you can also click the kegerator object that gets permanently built in Rustbolt it to get an action button to drink, if you click that you get a 60 minute buff "Inspired: Heals 3% every 5.2 seconds while in Mechagon."

Edit: you can click the kegerator and get this buff as often as you'd like.

Bruinemer > drops Plan : Barilator de Mécarouille > starts Plan : Barilator de Mécarouille > ends at Pascal-R01 > craft Barilator de Mécarouille > creates this thing > starts Le Bricoleur éméché > ends at Barilator de Mécarouille > turns into permanent Barilator de Mécarouille > right click it to get Prêt à trinquer buff > and extra action button Trinquer à la résistance > click it for Inspiré buff

Have anyone dropped it recently? 45 kills here in the last 45 days and yet no drop. Random is random but I am getting more and more suspicious...
