Drops off of Seaspit, a murloc rare in Western Spray. Once you manufacture one at Pascal-K1N6, you get the quest "The Tipsy Tinkerer", in which you walk around the corner and install the Kegerator at the predefined location near the bar.

After it's installed, using the Kegerator gives you a buff called "Ready to Toast". While you have the buff, you get an action button at the bottom of the screen called "Toast the Resistance". Clicking it will make you and the mechagnomes around you yell out a toast to the resistance.

I came here looking to see if I could find out what Quest this item gives after you learn it, and spend resources on making the item. Its not on any of the comments on the item. So here it is. The quest this item gives is the The Tipsy Tinkerer

One of those catch-22 things; you spend 1,000 spare parts to get 500 rep so you can get to exalted, but you will need 40+ crates for essence rank 3, so you wasted your parts on the rep that you didn't need to grind because the longer grind are the parts ;)

When was the last time this dropped for anyone? I have been killing Seaspit every day for the last month and many times before that aswell and have not had this drop, it is one of the last two I need for Junkyard Architect.
