FYI, these are not a guaranteed drop for everybody in the group. So if somebody gets it, you don't also get it, sadly. :(

Easily soloable as Ele with 415 ilvl. Yes bosses also.

All four of the required items have 100% drop chance once you have the recipe. I've gotten all four of them, I just soloed normal dungeons and the first trash/boss kill gave me each of those items.
