I killed a whole pile of Mechanized Scraphounds and Upgraded Sentries and these Blueprints dropped off one of those. No Giant killing required.

For me, it dropped from an Upgraded Sentry.

When I passed through earlier, looking for The Rusty Prince (never found him), there were sentries standing there. It didn't drop from them. When I passed through later, three sentries materialised in a bunch of sparks. It dropped from one of those.

I may well have got lucky, but I'm adding my comment for science.

A person got the blueprint while farming spare parts in my group. We were not in the alternate dimension. The location was Junkwatt Depot. It might have been related to the enforcer rare which we killed or one of the flying elite mechs.

6+ hours for killing/farming everything in the alternate future and nothing. Already have flying not sure if this pattern is even worth it.

Mine dropped off a Clockwork Giant after about 30 kills of every mob in the alternative future

I went to the Western Spray area in the future which had quite a few Giants and no people at all. Blueprint dropped within the first round of kills.

So often Chromie comes to Mechagon ? i haven see her at all and i have been there once a day to do daylies

Got mine after ~5 minutes farming the spiders you can also find in the normal timeline.

Tried the giant robots first but they are too spread out and take way longer to kill. Spiders spawn quickly and have low HP. Good spot to farm. :)

How to get Plan : Déplaceur temporel personnel for craft Déplaceur temporel personnel:

1. speak with Chromie (random mechagon visitor) /way 70,24, 30,96 Chromie

2. pick quest Dimension parallèle

3. select dialog "I am ready to travel to the other place"

4. kill Molosse-o-tron mécanique, Géant mécanique (any mechanical mobs in the quest zone) for drop Plan : Déplaceur temporel personnel (i got it after 10 trys)

5. speak with Chromie for back to normal mechagon /way 70,24, 30,96 Chromie

6. speak with Pascal-R01 for return blueprint quest and craft Déplaceur temporel personnel (need 2x Caisse de P.1.È.C.3.S., 2x Cellule énergétique and 1x Bobine d’allumage à chaîne)

This item supposedly drops from all mechanical mobs in alternate future Mechagon. I spent nearly 2 hours on my main farming out the Géant mécanique to get this since it supposedly had the best drop rate, but after killing two Molosse-o-tron mécanique I obtained it.

After that I went on all my 120 toons and got it within 5 to 10 mins while killing the Molosse-o-tron mécanique's. So, don't waste your time with the Clockwork Giants. They can be found all around Rustbolt so they're nice and close.

So if we did the quest w/o knowing this was a thing, I'm assuming it's just wait for the daily (assuming it's a daily) to come again?

I spent forever going around and killing the giants with no luck finding this blueprint. I went and killed 6 Rampaging Motospiders on Sparkweaver Point and got it. So maybe give those a try if you are having a hard time getting this.

I waited for Chromie about 7 days and on the 8th day she was on the island, maybe i started looking for her exactly after she was there and missed her, being very unlycky. Anyway 1 hour of grinding mobs in the other dimension got me the blueprint from an upgraded sentry, i guess it drops from any mob seeing the comments here.

After almost a month waiting for Chromie to visit Mechagon, today I experienced something really weird. After using the toy Cellule d’anima expérimentale and selected the ability "portal to somewhere", I was teleported to the "alternate future" version of Mechagon. From there I was able to start farming the Molosse-o-tron mécanique and after the 5th kill I got the Plan : Déplaceur temporel personnel recipe. Therefore, I can confirm that now there is another way to get to Mechagon than waiting for Chromie to send you to the "alternate future" version via the Dimension parallèle quest.

PS: I am not sure how useful this information can be, because the toy has an hour cooldown and it is not a guarantee that you would be teleported to Mechagon, but it might be worth the shot as it seems that Chromie is not visiting Mechagon too often (at least from my personal experience).
