When doing island expeditions you wil receive Fragment de la carte au trésor perdu de Zem’lan. They are 100% drop chance. Mythic and PVP expeditions give you 5, Heroic gives you 3-4, Normal - 1. When you collect 15 you can combine them to create Carte au trésor perdu de Zem’lan which gives you a mission for this rank 2 essence :) The mission is 18 hours long, make sure you have the followers who reduce mission duration available if you want it quickly :)

15 x Fragment de la carte au trésor perdu de Zem’lan creates Carte au trésor perdu de Zem’lan. Use it to get Trésor perdu de Zem’lan. You need 400 Ressources de guerre to start the mission, and it awards Veine du monde infrangible. The mission requires countering Lookout Torgondo with Agent and 2 x Abandoned Sea Dog with Unité à distance.

Update: Trésor perdu de Zem’lan is now a deep sea mission and you need Grand amiral Jes-Tereth / Amiral de l'effroi Voguenille. You need 200 Ressources de guerre to start the mission.
The mission requires countering Abysses with Expert en missions navales, Lookout Torgondo with Agent and Abandoned Sea Dog with Unité à distance and Stranded Gunner with Unité montée.

The Worldvein Resonance summons Lifeblood Shards. This is the tooltip for a Lifeblood Shard:

Rank 1: Complete the weekly quest De l’azérite pour l’Alliance or De l’azérite pour la Horde.
Rank 2: Combine Fragment de la carte au trésor perdu de Zem’lan from Island Expeditions, then complete the mission "Lost Treasure of the Pirate King".
Rank 3: Learn Rank 2, then complete De l’azérite pour l’Alliance or De l’azérite pour la Horde 3 times to collect 3 Worldvein Intelligence Reports, then complete the mission.
Rank 4: Carte au trésor mystérieuse missions.

The tooltip for Rank 2 appears to be wrong it says 8 yards while the other 3 ranks say 12 yards.

If you bought Rank3 from MOTHER then completed a mission rewarding this, simply use it at the Heart Forge. It won't overwrite higher ranks and can't be destroyed otherwise.
