Rank 1: Complete the quest Tous sur le champ de bataille from the War Coordinator NPC near your faction's War Chest. Off spec essences can be bought for 2 Marque d'honneur.
Rank 2: Learn rank 1, then complete the Bagarreur du champ de bataille and obtain it from the War Coordinator NPC for 25 Marque d'honneur.
