The Strange Recycling Requisition is a bag received from combining 30 Hardened Springs, 10 Tempered Platings and 5 Machined Gear Assemblies, and turning in that item to one of the machines at Junkwatt Depot in Mechagon. These epic bags are not always rewarded as you will usually receive a green bag counterpart.

Plan : Pulvérobot orange drops from Réquisition recyclée étrange, Boîte de pièces diverses irradiée and Trogg affolé This rare is located in a cave at coords 81.94, 21.67 and is not attackable when he spawns. He stands around shouting "kill green" or "kill blue". You have to head over to Bondo's Yard (63.51, 42.13), where you'll find paint on the ground (blue, green, orange). Stand in the paint color that Crazed Trogg hates and you will get a 3 minute buff. Head back to the rare and you can aggro him with the color paint he hates.

Can confirm this drops from green Recycling Requisition. Did about 39 of them before getting this blueprint.

Here we are in SL and im still killing the trogg every day with my dk, got the meta complete by now missing only this blueprint as last.

Is the drop chance really that terrible?
Well i wont give up, now with SL the Trogg is always up(mostly) anyway.
