Going by the description unlocked in Pascal K1N6, this is likely to be a drop from the Rustbolt Resistance Paragon cache that you can earn after getting exalted and continuing to gain reputation with them.

Surprised to have received this alongside the Rustbolt Insignia blueprint this morning from the paragon chest, definitely not what I expected but I am glad since camping Kleptoboss is a pain in the ass and this is one of the last blueprints I need for my achievement!

6 Paragon Caches and counting.

Im getting a cache every ~3 days by farming 15 Spare Crates per day and turning them into Rustbolt Insignias to increment my daily rep gains. No luck so far :/

Currently on 8th or 9th chest, this is just a whole new level of meta-achievement farming...this is ridiculous. Never forget their promise to NOT put mounts behind paragons again..and broken as always.

12 boxes later, still no blue print, its the last one i need to be done with the meta achievement, this is starting to annoy me

update: 14 boxes now and i got the blueprint, finally done with the meta achievements!

Currently sitting at +/- 9 boxes. Missing this and the stupid HM Rig event drop to try and get my last music bit.
I love these "Everything has to RNG and line up to try it, on top of RNG to get it" meta events.
Please don't do this in Shadowlands.
