Return this to Pascal-K1N6 and he'll gain the ability to create jetpacks. The item works like the jetpack attached to the Armory construction project, allowing you to fly around the island. Double-jump to activate it, then have fun soaring over Mechagon in style.

Note: Unlike normal flying, the anti-grav pack allows you to gather resources, interact with objects, and even fish without landing or dismounting. Unfortunately, it's only usable in Mechagon. You can also use both this AND your regular flying mount at the same time. The only drawbacks to the jetpack are that it expires in 20 min... even if you're high up in the air... and that you can't go underwater without landing first.

Killed Rustfeather every single day since 8.2 and still couldn't get it. I doubt it has %45 drop rate...

As of today this has dropped off the Robot-bête défectueux. I'm not sure when they hotfixed it in, but I just got it to drop on 8/2/19. So looks like there are now two sources to get this Blueprint with Rouille-Plume still being the other.

Edit: Confirmed in today's Hotfixes.

I needed this for the abomination factory, seems to be a good droprate from Rouille-Plume, got it first try twice.
