I found an Old Rusty Chest underneath the wrecked ship overhang at 18.36, 76.26 in the Western Spray area of Mechagon. It appears that there are also several more of these boxes, along with the Irontide Lockboxes scattered around this area. I looted the Old Rusty Key from one of the Murlocs in the area. It seems like the chest doesn't disappear right away and you can open it again if you have more than one key.

Found mine at 21,80, by some rubble and a discarded old canon. Got aggro from a couple of murlocs after opening it, they dropped me another Old Rusty Key and I opened the same chest again.
First was 21g and 10x sentry fish, second 27g and 2 sentry fish.

You can only loot one key per day.

It's either one of those three :

• Vieille clé rouillée
• Clé de terre liée
• Clé de coffre de fournitures mécanisé

So, don't bother farming more keys once you've drop one, in the case you wanted to farm either one of those :

• Bouteille de peinture : rouge nuquélaire from Coffret des Lamineurs (Clé de terre liée)
• Pack de figurines d’Azeroth : Mécagone, Oscillateur galvanique or Bobine d’allumage à chaîne from Coffre de fournitures mécanisé (Clé de coffre de fournitures mécanisé)

BTW as rogue with Find Treasure toggled on, you don't see them. Spent about 10 mins flying around expecting the chest to show up like always.

For some reason I have the key but none of the Rusty Chests are visible, only the Irontide and the Mechanized ones.

EDIT!: For some reason only one out of the three was visible, I just found it right next to where Chante-acier Freza spawns
