Some people are speculating this only drops on hard mode K.U.-J.0., but after completing it on hard mode myself with 2x BS and 2x Engineers in the group and nobody receiving a recipe, it is definitely not a 100% drop, even on hard mode.

For what it's worth the Plans : châssis renforcé en monélite has been confirmed to drop in normal mode so this should also drop in normal mode.

Got it today in Operation Mechagon, NM from K.U.-J.0.. I was wearing my 8.2 engineering goggles + max lvl engineering.

Exhausting that Engineering has 2 low drop rate schematics to make mounts. I've had no luck either with this or the Mecha-Mogul schematic.

Based on data from wowhead looter, the Recipe: Monelite Reinforced Chassis *DOES* drop in heroic mode! This one drops in heroic mode too. Dropped for me on 3rd run.
Note: you can run heroic mechagon up to 2nd boss, leave instance, and queue again to get this recipe in no time.

Got the Super-Charged Engine schematic on my 1st Heroic Workshop run with my maxed engineer (18/1/20).
Got the Monelite Reinforced Chassis recipe on my 30th Heroic Workshop run with my maxed blacksmith (20/1/20).

Only thing I can confirm is that they both drop in the new Operation Mechagon: Workshop (Heroic) from Dungeon Finder.
I can't confirm drop rate or anything though.

I love how now even recipes are the new mount standard with absurdly stupid droprates.

I'm nearing 50 heroic Kujo kills and still no drop.

Who comes up with this kind of bs?

Can we confirm that this does drop from the final chest on keystones? 10 runs so far and haven't seen one.

Got it today in a Heroic run. My Engineering is only 14 and the low drop rates people claim had me worried, luckily I finally got a surge of good fortune and got something on the first attempt! Now to level my engineering...

i got the blacksmithing plans first try and have tried many times to get these engineering plans, can you get both plans on the same character ?

Just for those who are interested in: this item can be traded! I got it today on my 35th kill in HEROIC MODE (don't know how people did that in normal mode! Cause normal mode does not exist for Operation Mechagon!)
