First you loot the Irradiated Undercoat (dropped from me while defending the reclamation rig), equip it (shirt slot). You automatically loot the isotopes while wearing the Undercoat and killing mobs. Once you have 100 isotopes, right click on the Undercoat and get a 30 minute buff for threat generation, nature damage, and periodic heals. Only usable on Mechagon Island. Undercoat has a 24 hour cool down and only good for 4 charges.
