Pour celui là il faut vous rendre à la casse de Bondo, sur l'Ile de Mécagone. (63.20, 41.94)
Faites vous asperger de peinture verte lorsque vous serez à la casse (buff de 3 minutes) et farmez dans cette même zone (Ou à proximité, si vous trouvez une zone plane)
Il est relativement rapide à attraper. Il ne m'a fallu que 10 essais

Pour confirmer les commentaires anglais, il n'est pas nécessaire d'être à mécagone du moment que vous êtes couvert de peinture verte.
J'ai obtenu le mien au premier coup dans la vallée Chantorage en cherchant le Poisson rouge noyé.

This fish is related to part 2 of the secret fish achievement series, Les poissons secrets fantastiques.
To start this you'll need to complete part 1.

The goggles:
With the Lunettes à poissons secrets buff applied a small fish in a bubble will spawn somewhere within 40 yards of you. If you have sound on you'll hear bubbles when it spawns then 5-10 seconds later the fish will become visible at which point you'll be able to click it. The fish can be clicked while mounted, you do not need to be in water for it to spawn and it will spawn every 25-30 seconds.

Best way to do this is find a spot that is flat and with few surrounding objects (trees, rocks, etc) and just spin your camera around until you see the bubble.

The Fish!
Each time you click the puffer you'll be given a random fish, most of the time it will be the white "junk" fish for whichever area you're in as well as the occasional grey item, with the exception of Dalaran where you'll commonly get coins usually caught from the eventide fountains.

Catchrate is quite low for many of these so expect to spend a fair amount of time for this.

I've split the fish into different catergories.

The common:
These fish can be caught anywhere at any time of the day, save these lot for last as you'll probably get most if not all of them hunting the others.

2. Croque-dupe
3. Poisson-chat anodin
4. Imitateur invisible
5. Baleine minuscule
6. Aileron salé de collection
7. Gobie voyageur
8. Éperlan invisible
If you're still missing these after you catch the others, the best places to catch these are on the floating islands, like the ones scattered around Outland Nagrand (45.9, 59.9). The zone exclusive:
These fish can only be caught in specific zones and sometimes even in very specific areas within zones.
9. Morue de sang vicié - Nazmir, Zul'Nazman.
10. Poisson-histoire de jade - Jade Forest.
11. Flet tempétueux - Isle of Thunder.
12. Poisson-clown du Kirin Tor - Dalaran (Broken Isles/Northrend).
13. Maquereau mécanique - Mechagon.
14. Délice de la reine - Nazjatar.
15. Aileron de mana ancestral - Suramar. Anywhere in the Suramar city harbour. (Credit to Roguezs).
16. Poisson-prisonnier - Tol Barad (PvP area). Anywhere in the zone, the bridge that connects the two islands is a great place for this one, just make sure you're on the PvP area side of it (check minimap).
17. Aileron des fjords barbelé - Howling Fjord.
18. Gangrarête morte - Argus, Krokuun and Antoran Wastes. (Credit to Padwarle and Neryssa).
19. Aquacole tortollane - Drustvar, under Anyport in the underwater Tortollan bar called 'The Drunk Tank'.
20. Flet insaisissable - Neverest Pinnacle, Kun-Lai Summit. (Credit to Qaccy and Pungyo).
21. Rôdeur des puits - Mount Hyjal, in the lake under Nordassil.
22. Poisson rouge noyé - Drowned Lands (46, 50) in Stormsong Valley. (Credit to Bobins666).
Note: With the exception of the Tank Deweller (Fish 19), these are confirmed locations and may not be the only location within the zones where they can be caught. For the Tortollan Tank Deweller, I was only able to catch it once I was in the very specific sub-zone (where the name changes above the minimap).

For those suffering from woeful luck with the rarer fish, like the Flet insaisissable, this was discovered by Asmundr.

To everyone who is having trouble looting some fish. You need to approach the places like Neverest and Nordrassil on foot without a flying mount (There is a small path just before the Neverest peak) Then the 100% dropchance Fishes don't bug out and are lootable once more (Thin Air Flounder and Well Lurker) Alternatively just use the goggles when standing at those places when they are off CD.

If you're still having issues, clearing your bags of all secret fish (vendor or delete them) may also fix it.

The time scheduled:
These fish can only be caught within certain times, while one is active, the other is not. Whichever fish is active at the time can be caught in any zone.
23. Poisson-lune insaisissable - Night only. 9:30pm to 8am.
24. Héliophile doré - Day only. 8am to 9:30pm.
Note: We're not sure on the specific day/night switch over time, the above is just based on the times we've been catching them. If you catch these outside of the posted times let me know. Make sure its server time, not your local time.

The dead:
These fish can only be caught while the player is dead. Once you're a ghost these fish can be caught in any zone. (Credit to FenixInfinito).

26. Wally œil-mort
27. Flotteur discret
28. Saumon spirituel
Best place to catch these on any floating island, like the one directly behind the southern bank of Broken Isles Dalaran. Suicide by flying up and dismounting. The buffed:
29. Hoplostèthe vert - Requires the Peint en vert buff from the Mechagon mechanocat painting station (63, 42). This can be applied by walking over the green puddle on the station or having another player throw a Poche remplie de peinture verte at you. (Credit to Sishrot).

The sporadic:
30. Aileron-de-ferraille exilé - Can be caught in the "future" version of Mechagon that Chromie sends you to for the quest Dimension parallèle. Unfortunately this daily is only available sporadically. (Credit to Lacrit).

Went to Mechagon with the random thought that green paint might help find this fish - Hoplostèthe vert - Bondo's Yard at 63,42 (the area just above centre of Mechagon Island where you get painted for various quests) - walk through the green paint and use the Lunettes à poissons secrets - got it on the third bubble.

Took me a total of 34 secret fish with the green paint on-- don't give up, it does work!

Best spot is just to the south of the paint area, there's a little circular area with no mobs.

Took me 50+ bubbles but ended up getting it underwater next to the horde submarine with Underlight Angler's fish form. I used a jetpack to get there fast.

FINALLY. What I did is buy some Poche remplie de peinture verte off the auction house, give them to an alt, and we queued up for a scenario (in this case Brewmoon Festival). I went to an open area and just as a fish spawned, I had my second character hit me with the paint and grab the fish and I got it. So getting this dumb fish that took me like 2 hours does work outside of Mechagon.

Edit: I don't remember how long it took to get once I started doing it this way but it was around an hour if I remember correctly. This method was far superior to the hilly, cluttered Mechagon.

You can also use a Pulvérobot vert to paint yourself green. Then you can use the item anywhere you are currently going for an achievement fish.

Still haven't gotten this one yet. Over two hours of painting myself green and grabbing bubbles....ugh.

Too cluttered around the paint shop, I headed up to the rocks above Scrapbone Den and got it in few a fews spawns. Of course having druid bird form might have helped, but much much easier to spot them up there. 57,15 area

I have a theory with this one. I painted myself green while on my mount and picked up many many many bubbles with no luck. I switched to my Sandstone Drake which transforms me into a dragon. I was completely green. I picked it up in three bubbles. Just a theory, but if you're having trouble maybe try not being on a mount.

It took me over 80+ fish to get this one, if you have the buff you just have to keep at it. Got mine in Bondo's Yard.

Took me about 1½ hour. Worst part is just all the activity and *!@# in bondo's yard. Hard to spot bubbles before they fade away, or sound queu dosent happen.

It doesn't matter what zone you're in just as long as you're green. I made a green Spraybot & used it while I was in Nazjatar & got the Green Roughy there.

Sprayed by the rustbolt spraybot (63:42), ran out to the road and got it on the first bubble (64:48)!

Took the green paint buff, moved to the area where a Treasure Chest usually spawns (the webbed cage thing above Bondo's yard), dismounted, got the fish on the first bubble.

I was getting wheels to click on but couldn't get them to open...I turned off all of my addons, painted myself green and got it within a few bubbles...

Alliance, success in first attempt (after changing things up)

So this is anecdotal, but...

After trying what seemed like hours (it was an honest 45 minutes) in Mechagon, I decided to try what other people suggested and went somewhere else.

1) Got the green paint buff at Bondo's in Mechagon (63,42)
2) Hearthed to Stormwind
3) Flew up to the ledge at (47,99) in SW
4) Looted the first bubble I saw and got the Green Roughy

Hope that helps someone.

The drop rate isn't great for this one. Hung out in Bondo's Yard on Mechagon, and I got four Mechanized Mackerels before getting the Green Roughy. All in all it took about 25 minutes.
