Summons a guardian-type elemental that melee swings for ~10k physical damage for about 4-5k DPS total, which is pretty strong but nothing too overpowered. When you use it, a totem is dropped, but I think it's' just cosmetic; I was able to move ~100 yds away from it. The AI is a little bit weird if you're a caster, you have to get within ~10 yds of the thing you're hitting for the elemental to start fighting. It doesn't seem to attack things on its own, though. Overall a decently strong item, would help if you're trying to kill a rare with high health.

I wish those items weren't totally removed, but at least had a way to not take bag space. They can be fun but you shouldn't be carrying those in the bank for weeks.
