seems completely useless. uses 3 nutcracker grenades to create one or two of these. consumed on use. does the same damage, still has a cast time, has a 5 second delay. guess it's nice if you really hate ground targeting but want to use grenades? perhaps only exists to skill up engineering.

After doing some testing It appears that the radius of the bola-launcher is notably larger than the nut cracker grenade, combined with it having long range and a 5 second timer makes it a lot more flexible, which might justify the crafting cost. It also doesn't appear to have an AOE cap like many AOE abilities got in Shadowlands.
I can certainly see certain classes and especially healers using these in M+ as an opening to larger AOE packs to contribute more damage, but we'll just have to wait and see.
I feel like engineer grenades a very close to being viable again.
