Good luck with finding this stuff. I think Primrose sprinkled it on her cheerios and ate it all for breakfast. Probably didn't bother to tell the game designers. Found one stash at the highest level platform but nada for an hour or so killing fairies (this is kind of sick if you ask me). By the way, if you are a stealthed rogue Primrose blows your cover and pulls multiple mobs that are not happy with her--or you.

You can find these around 52 61.

First, you'll need to get either Pincée de poussière de fée which drops from the faeries in the area or look for a basket of enchanted wings on the ground... this will give you a temprorary flying buff.

You'll find the pyro powder in the baskets that hang from the trees.
