If you have Voidwarped Relic Fragment x6, you can make Cursed Relic to open a chest!

These coffers don't always show up on your map. The one I opened contained:

Discarded Ny'alothan Tome (gray worth 6g)
500x Coalescing Visions
110x War Resources

Update 1/19/20 - They may have nerfed the amount of Coalescing Visions you receive. I just received 250 from the last one I opened.

For the Uldum assault, on 1/22/20, the Black Empire Cache is located in the Vir'naal River Delta, on top of the altar. Coordinates: 71.62 73.26

In Uldum the Black Empire Coffer is at 71.64 73.37 (at least for me). Week of 22nd of Jan.

It would seem that the key fragments and opening the chest are on separate lockouts once per assault. I forgot to use my Cursed Relic on the coffer last week when this assault was up, so I opened one at the beginning of this week. The key fragments continued to drop for me, I collected enough to make another key, but the chest is nowhere to be found in the zone. Make sure to use up your relics each week for max rewards!
